Return policy

AQUALIBÚ has a return policy of up to 30 days from the date of delivery of the order.

In order for the return to be effective, the returned products must be in the same condition as when they were delivered, unused, with their respective labels and in their original packaging. In all cases, proof of purchase of this product must be provided on our website.

To initiate a return, the customer must contact soporte@aqualibu.com. If the return is accepted, AQUALIBÚ will send a label to the customer, who must follow the instructions for shipping or collection by the transport agency.

A return that does not follow the guidelines explained above will be considered a void return and will not be accepted with the corresponding consequences.

Damages and Incidents

Please check your order carefully once you receive it and, if it is not in perfect condition, report it as soon as possible to support@aqualibu.com so that the problem can be resolved accurately as soon as possible.

Changes
Product exchanges will be managed as follows: the customer will manage the return of the unwanted product and will purchase the desired product.

Refund of the Amount

Once we have received the unwanted product and assessed its condition, we will notify the customer whether the return is approved or not.

If the return is approved, you will receive the amount of the product in a few days in the payment method used for the purchase. Please remember that this process may take a few days depending on the payment method, the issuing and receiving bank, or the credit card model.
