Shipping Conditions

All regular orders will be processed within 2-3 business days once the customer has received the order confirmation email. Once the order is shipped to the customer, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Domestic Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed on the payment screen.

AQUALIBÚ offers two shipping methods:
  • Free Standard Shipping
  • Priority Secure Shipping - Includes tracking code and full coverage in case of loss, damage or theft of the order.

How do I know the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email that will include a tracking code to check the status of the order. Information about the shipment will be available 24 hours after receiving the confirmation email.

If 3 days have passed since you received the order shipping email, please contact us at support@aqualibu.com including the buyer's name and order number, and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Returns and Exchanges

Regarding returns, we accept the return of an order up to 30 days from the date of delivery, as long as the product is in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging.

In case of incidents, if the customer receives their order damaged, in poor condition or defective, please send us an email to soporte@aqualibu.com explaining the reasons for the return, attaching documentation that demonstrates the condition of the product, through photos or videos.

At AQUALIBÚ we try to offer excellent customer service. However, resolving these types of incidents requires a case-by-case investigation time, so it may take a few days longer than expected. We will try to offer the best solution for each case so that the customer is satisfied with our work.
